when i turn on the engine it just makes the sound of many fireworks launching and the propeller does not spin

I hope someone can help me troubleshoot this. I found that if you spawn this in, save, and reload the game, then you start the helicopter, the engine RPS will overspeed to over 31 m/s. The helicopter will then rocket into the sky, flip all over the place, and crash. This has happened every time for me and means I need to despawn then respawn after every single use.

For the autopilot not disengaging issue click on the center console menu screen and click on the "O" i believe it is and the auto pilot will disengage.

I am not sure if doing something wrong but have climbed upto 150 meters, adjusted the altitude for that, use stabilizer, then entered a waypoint, and set auto pilot. It does a little shake and then goes. Also RPS warning wont go away and have desired set to 17 so not sure what more it needs.

Only fix I found is getting to destination. At that point the autopilot will disable itself

Autopilot will not disable. Makes it compleatly impossible to fly the heli after engaging the autopilot. I can spam 2 as much as I want but it won't switch off. Altitudehold works fine tho..
I even tried switching the batt on and off

@Skid Steer press E on the map screen in the middle and it says H and then a number and that's the set height/altitude

How does this altitude hold work? no gauge to represent the change in the switches. also airspeed does not work

It was an amazing heli now its unbalanced

looks like a UH-1Y huey but with the engines of the UH-1B/C huey

for some reason, I can only fly the helicopter once. If I land and turn off the engine, I can't seem to start it back up again.

Psycho, I'd suggest you either replace some of the tail blocks with solar to help the drain or perhaps leave a connector connected to supply the heli with power/fuel constantly

How do you refuel and Charge the heli while its on a ship? I landed it, got it all tied down and now the battery is dead and won't charge and I can't figure out how to charge the Helicopter?

@norto22 agreed, please make the autopilot just sit on the point instead of circling, or add a position hold, since it doesn't naturally hold still.

how do I go about making this able to lift underslung cargo? i wanna use it on a carrier so I made the tail hinge but it just doesn't have the power to lift a land vehicle

Ok, I found it, sorry. But BTW... Could you consider a bit more bigger version of the same helicopter? This are not escaled. Front door should open just to pilot/copilot seats, not to cargo/passengers area. The roof are a bit too lower, and cockpit instruments are too small.
Anyway, this is a great helicopter and very useful. Thanks a lot for your work.
