Gyran  [author] 9 Jan, 2021 @ 4:27pm
@Kvse Go ahead, im afraid i dont really have time to work on this anymore.
Kase 9 Jan, 2021 @ 4:55am
Could you release a simple version of the mod?
I made one for myself and I enjoy it a lot.
If you can't be bothered and you are ok with it I could publish it, giving you props of course.
PositiveImpact 4 Jan, 2021 @ 7:18am
The prestige gain for going to war without calling on your vassals is really high making this feel like a cheat mod imo

update pls!!!!!!!!!!! i want this i love you
ThatGuy 22 Dec, 2020 @ 8:39pm
it still works, but can you make it so if you go by yourself you don't gain 100 prestige? that doesnt really make sense to me. Also, i dont think it should require gold to call vassals to war? just prestige. Thanks!
Cogans 9 Dec, 2020 @ 1:37am
update pls

does this mod still work?
mlsmith45 29 Nov, 2020 @ 1:56pm
Would there be a way of lowering the player's levies to account for the vassals armies?
Destroyer 99 27 Nov, 2020 @ 9:08am
Is this compatibile with 1.2?
Neagonant 27 Nov, 2020 @ 7:10am
Really enjoy this mod as it adds to a sense of roleplay. Having vassals fight for me as my empire gets largers make it feel much more alive so kudos!

But I do agree with some comments, that a better system for balance would be better. Maybe a scaling cost (so late game isn't too easy) costs of gold when feudal, and prestige when tribal? among traits your character has rather than whether a vassals "lazy" trait will prevent. This way its similar to how opinions factor into vassal choices to accept my offeres for other items like revoke title.
SoulCube 17 Nov, 2020 @ 12:13pm
There needs to be a better system for balance than having traits. Its too arbitary and restricting because there are not ways around it using diplomacy. Honestly this feels like a good directection but the implementation is sloppy. Also, sometimes, vassals don't have any of these traits and still do not go to war. So its hard to tell how many vassals will follow me when I declare war.
vargasax23 8 Nov, 2020 @ 6:42am
Does the AI evaluate target realm of war subject including vassals and allies?
Nedotroga 7 Nov, 2020 @ 12:44pm
Author, please add the ability to summon intimidated vassals to war, even if they have character traits that forbid it! (sorry for my English, I don't know it well)
Nazkai 31 Oct, 2020 @ 10:42am
some real Nice realism improvements there. Spindly though? Is the thinking that they are too weak and afraid?
Just curious on that last one. Also Shy? I could see shy or lazy sometimes pressed into service. (Overall great changes though in any event.)

I love u
EmrysValdr 27 Oct, 2020 @ 4:02pm
Just a warning, but there do seem to be wierd interactions where vassals are engaged in liberty or independence wars with their leige and still are able to be called by their leige to wars as allies. Maybe this changed in recent update, but mayeb include something to prevent this?
Gyran  [author] 27 Oct, 2020 @ 2:08am
updated
GorishiDan 25 Oct, 2020 @ 12:55pm

Update mod plz
Vantos 19 Oct, 2020 @ 7:00am
Tested with it off turns out the ai does do it without the mod active. But they are able to gather together easier than with the mod enabled as they spaze out a bunch. I think enable it at smaller scale wars, when it gets over 15 v 15 the glitches appears.

GorishiDan 19 Oct, 2020 @ 5:49am
@Vantos - Did turning off the mod fixed? cuz im curious as the AI does that with me, mod or no mod
Vantos 19 Oct, 2020 @ 5:45am
@ Dan <3 Queen Chryssie The mod has AI dash back and forth spazzing out like crazy for me. Meanwhile my enemy gathered all his troops and smash us while the AI was glitched. I don't know why this happens but it made my major war impossible and needed to be turned off.
이보검 19 Oct, 2020 @ 12:06am
Don't you have the option of calling only the servants I want to page? Do you intend to add it later?
GorishiDan 18 Oct, 2020 @ 11:43pm
Its not the mod's fault. Its known that the AI can be horrificly dumb when they are commanding troops.
이보검 18 Oct, 2020 @ 11:37pm
The ai who participated are so stupid. They don't either hover or attack. Is this how it's supposed to be?
Gyran  [author] 16 Oct, 2020 @ 11:04pm
@Vantos Its possible his allies got to hate their liege after they were called to war. Eitherway Ill look into it
Vantos 16 Oct, 2020 @ 5:35am
Im seeing Instances of the AI and me being able to call in vassal who are below -35. The limit should be +15. As vassals should only support a liege they like. Im seeing in my play test Byzantium inside a liberty war having allies on his side who absolutely hate him.

Any have an idea how to fix this? Otherwise great mode.
仙人卡尔 16 Oct, 2020 @ 12:06am
big empire have too much advantage with this mod, maybe you should make a version AI won't use it
GorishiDan 13 Oct, 2020 @ 11:57am
Could you make a player only version, please? AI keeps calling for waste of time wars all the time, like when they have a duchy and want to take over a small county with not even 1k troops to spare, AI: "Liege help pLoX" :(
EX818 12 Oct, 2020 @ 12:59pm
@Khow Next time check to see if any mercenaries are being hired by the enemy. Most times if you see a jump that big; it is because they hired a mercenary band.

Althoughhhhh, I did notice a bug early on (believe it’s fixed) where other countries armies were linking up with enemies on accident when they were neutral to begin with. Most likely mercenaries nowadays so check the tab in the future and down the list it will say who is currently paying which band.
Deoxyribonucleic Acid 12 Oct, 2020 @ 11:51am
Good idea, but I feel like it might lead to chaos. Maybe this is really complicated, but what if it was just the vassal whose land was at stake and any vassals you have an alliance with? Historically it was the Liege's duty to protect the vassal not the other way around. But I hate how vassals don't defend their own castles and inner realm marriages don't benefit your military numbers.
Khow 10 Oct, 2020 @ 3:10am
Ok I think both answer are "no". I was call into an offensive war, telling we will fight against 1500 troops. They're in fact 8000. A bit annoying or maybe I'm missing something
Khow 10 Oct, 2020 @ 2:53am
Hello, great mod! Just 2 questions:

1/ Does the AI takes into account the vassals who are able to join them or their ennemy? I just saw 2 strange offensive wars, one in particulary with Charles the bold against Lothaire. Charles declares war but had hald of ennemy troops. It was 2vs21 lol

2/ Just before to declare war, we can see how many troops the ennemy will probably have, with their allies. Same question, does it take into account this mod functionnality?
仙人卡尔 8 Oct, 2020 @ 7:23am
this is a really amazing mod, saved me much time from senseless micro-manage-chasing click,
though it did make late game more lag,
do you think it's good to add a option to turn off this function for AI?like a decision or starter option
adevin 7 Oct, 2020 @ 10:54am
I didn't realise when I installed this that it also affected the AI. But after using it a bit, I like that it does. Kind of balances the game by making realms which are supposed to be strong actually strong, instead of relying entirely on the ruler demense. Well, Byzantium probably didn't need any help. I'm seeing some pretty massive wars between France, Germany and Italy though. The Karlings basically. It's good to have a stronger France, since they can actually check the vikings and Iberian Muslims.
Sidereum 5 Oct, 2020 @ 10:33pm
Could you make the war target title holder must join the war?
