Are the raiju followers supposed to stay just in the sunward isles or can they spawn in other regions?

Just wondering if there was a plan to make the Raiju a roaming boss in exclusively in the SI, just feels kinda strange encountering him outside of the SI or maybe the cove, especially since he feels much better as a tuned down mini-boss.

Yes, it's built to be a standalone mod. It doesn't conflict with or needs Sunward Isles.

Something that cannot happen with a Roaming monster mod unless you tried to uninstall it, which would cause a crash when entering the dungeon if not uninstalled properly.

the game crashed while loading the raiju and erased the trinkets. idk if it's the mod fault since i tried again and went normal into the dungeon but the trinkets are still lost

@jokesmcgee Yeah, I was hoping for that as well, which is what made me look at this mod in the first place.

Its still a fine mod, and adds some nice difficulty and rewards, but it wasnt what I was hoping for.

There ARE two mods that add crab classes, "The Witch's Magical Crab" (no audio or camp skills) and "The Oceanborn", but neither are something I'd want to use ;-;

Only the Roaming version, this mod won't have any interaction with the actual boss fight in SI.

The mod isn't incompatible with the Districts DLC at all. They don't have any sort of conflicts.
And if you want to remove the mod, you could read the "Attention" section that literally tells you how to uninstall the mod safely without any problems.

The mod is a standalone, it'll work without the Raiju mod!

Does your mod require the normal Raiju mod? I have been running both anyway and it seems to work fine, but if i don't need both, i'd rather have less on my mod list.

I have another potential fix:
The interpreter is complaining about usage of both .combat_stat_buff and .buff_ids in effects/chape_crab_trinkets.effects.darkest for "Blade Stun Debuff" and "Blade Move Debuff". The former is redundant with custom buffs from buff_ids

To me you can remove safely .combat_stat_buff 1 to fix the warning

(1000 chars limit prevent me to post a proper diff)

I can't make it work like that since this mod is completely separated of the Sunward Isles, so yeah, can't make it start roaming after a Sunward Isles quests sadly
The ideia of a Town Event triggering the roaming isn't out of bounds tho, so there's that

First time using the mod and I must say, I like it quite a lot!
That said, I have just one small suggestion: I think it would make sens, and help to make the first week of the campaign a lil bit easier (ie not having the Raiju take one of your very few unlocked region as his roaming ground, thus forcing you to face him very early on) to have him start roaming only after you've finished the Sunburn intro quest.

You can disable the mod once it's installed, I added a section of the mod page that describes how to do so and a link to the mod that removes the Roaming Raiju safely from your save.

Well, the Raiju will only spawn in Champion missions with a 50% chance of doing so, mayhaps that's the problem.

Uh well I can't really do that since the Iga-ganis aren't made by me and I also don't have a way to make the other animations for a Iga-gani class.
