I can't, at this moment, fix the mod due to not having any source of income. Somebody else provided the C# code to make the mod, and I have no idea how the mod actually works.

Deleted my previous comment because it had false information that I just realized was wrong now.

I have tried this in 1.3 over and over and it simply acts like the mod isn't there. I tried it with all my mods, with some mods, and even with no mods. People still die from the same amount of damage as when the mod is off. Please help us! I want this mod to work so badly!

I tried to use this on 1.3 and it resulted in my colonists dying instantly a couple ingame hours after recieving injury, regardless of the severity.

alright, fine. I was curious myself, so I went into dev mode and gave a guy all enigmatic bionics from SNS, giving him at least 1000 health total. Then, I let another colonist beat the shit out of him with a club 100 times.

As you can see, he's not dead. His "health" went down to 5% after about 20 bruises and then stayed there for the rest of the time; clearly the health percentage is based on vanilla rimworld death threshold. His torso was at 103/280 condition. I don't even need to mention the rest of the damage; this is already much past the vanilla instant death threshold of 150 damage.

PSA: this mod still works fine in 1.3.

If someone can actually confirm with confidence that this works just fine in 1.3, then perhaps that person can post a comment to Mlie's No Version Warning mod so players can use it in 1.3 without the warnings? Just an idea...

Thank you so much! My 3 colonists killed each other because they gave each other one too many bruises during a berserk rage! Yup! They weren't even stabbing each other! Non leathality? What's that!

welp, i cant use the cosmic stuff from the other mod because this mod doesnt work. there goes my dream of taking over the 100% rimworld with overpowered stuff...

Similar issue as some others are reporting, since adding this mod mere hours ago I've had pawns just drop dead long after battle and treatment with no reported issues, mostly healed. The most recent one was in great health with a couple minor cuts, he dropped dead randomly days after his last battle.

you can make your mod show to support multiple versions by going to your about.xml file and changing the line

<supportedVersions><li>1.2</li></supportedVersions>

to

<supportedVersions>
<li>1.2</li>
<li>1.3</li>
</supportedVersions>

For reference to mods that add alien races to the game, should this mod be above or below them in the load order? I ask because in the previous version 1.2 of Rimworld I was still having alien races drop dead from either taking too much damage or dropping dead from sustained bruising.

Also I tested in a recent playthrough and for some reason I don't think it works on 1.3. I had a bionic pawn that got beat up and died from a torso bruise lol.
