Report a translation problem
To fix bad accuracy go to mod folder\data\scripts\weaponthread (mod folder: steam library\steamapps\workshop\content\*random number*\*mod workshop id* to locate exactly this mod look at the thumb.jpg inside each mod folder)
open gh_bfg10000_weapon.cs in notepad, preferably notepad++
find AimingTolerance = 4f
change 4 to 0.1 or whatever you want (the lower, the better)
You may also want to set AimLeadingPrediction to Off
save

Sadly, I don't know how to fix camera angle, it probably has something to do with the model and doesn't have a quick fix.
Buuut... If there is not problems, how do I fix It?, reinstall the mod?

1. The aiming camera view is obscured by the cannon
2. If the cannon is aiming low, the beam hits the base before the beam can be released
3. In survival mode, the base block mount point placement should be on one of the bottom sides rather than in the center of the base since it cannot be easily placed
