Yeah, I just wanted to see all the different "companies/factions" in one place for people to download. Maybe people will make their own versions.

Apart from my laziness, the reason for the building being unfurnished is so people can add in whatever they wanted. Each of the floors is a basic layout, similar to most unfurnished office buildings in real life. Once a floor is rented, inner walls are put in to divide up the space and make individual offices.
Sometimes it's the effort of making a large building like this that puts people off, but having one preassembled makes life easier for people who just want to create furniture :)

I have a suggestion! Maybe you should have people "rent" the office spaces inside? So you can have each "company" have their own offices. There are very many different brands and builders that can populate the space, beats just having a bunch of repeating layouts. Everyone would just have to keep it low detail.
