is this possible to turn off that condition lowers the armor? coz having big colony with good gear equipped makes it insanely hard to keep them fit

Btw your dependency XML Extensions has some unpleasant bugs and it looks unmaintained now. Would be possible to remove that dependency?

I believe this mod needs an update. Some modules from VE were updated yesterday and now this mod is throwing an error on startup. :(

@Charm if you have CE guns it will do it regardless, if you are using gun nut core you have to disable it in its options as well and that is all I can think of.

I opened my save file and all the gun names were changed to the realistic option. I disabled the setting and restarted but the names are still realistic. Is there a way to fix this? I was going to put this in the discord but the invitation links seem to be expired.

So I ended up fixing it by disabling the¸M1 Garand, Winchester 1894 & Colt 1862 mod

This mod most likely needs updating, I put it back to public but I don't know what may be broken or not. Like the gunpowder patch. A lot of changes in CE since the las update.

no its cause one of them changed the name of the gunpower research. I think it was CE and i thiink it was changed to CE_Gunpowder

I get this error

I apologize if this is completely out of scope, but is there any possibility for a naming overlap patch with Rimmu-Nation? Those mods add an absolute truckload of weapons but a couple of them overlap with the CE Guns and Armory mods (namely things like the AK-103, AKS-74U, M4A1, etc.). Regardless of whether this is viable or not, I appreciate the work you do and thanks!

I was right. CE version of gunpowder research is now called CE_gunpowder not gunpowder

This will error when using the current dev version of CE (Git). to fix it, open the xml mod options and disable the gunpowder fix.

1.4 UPDATE
- Removed CE Guns and VWE dependencies, even if rimpy tells you otherwise.
- Added new setting with XML extensions.
- Now weapons are disabled instead of removed.
- Toggleable settings for realistic names.
- Toggleable settings for CE Guns/VWE duplicates.
- Customizable settings for ammo stack sizes by Trik.
- Fixed gunpowder research when CE Guns and VWE are loaded.

@Octagraphy, I just looked at his patches in the SCAR mod, and if you have VWE, then the battle rifle isn't removed, but it's no longer craftable or tradable, so unless you dev mode it in, you'll never see it.

I'm using your Gun nut mod that contains a Scar-H. Does this mean there will be two variant of Scar-H since you change the name for the battle rifle to scar-H? Or am i confusing your patch, and the Battle Rifle have been completely replaced in favor of your Scar-H?

Nice mod. But I think that the Vanilla Expanded charge rifle should not be removed, since it acts more like a Charge Anti Material rifle, given that it fires 3 rounds at a time, giving it high damage and low actual magazine size.

Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Memes and Structures now use the VWE weapons for their corporate style, is it possible to add a patch to remove the weapon styles too?

Throws errors with Vanilla Storytellers Winston Waves

One; their VSEWW_ChargeForEveryone modifier references the VWE charge SMG and sniper rifle.

I would have considered this... except for the name changes. I don't suppose you'd consider releasing a version without that (or a mod option to disable it)?

Some of us RimWorld players are not firearm experts or gun enthusiasts and, as such, the new names can be far more obtuse for us. For example, the name "Repeating Shotgun" makes it pretty clear on what it is, while I would not know a "Winchester M1887" (by name) from most other firearms.
