Hey, glad it's working. I think the briefing screen disappearing is just another side-effect from whatever's causing the issue, not that the briefing screen *is* the cause.

Custom missions are using multiplayer logic in some regard (which is for example why you see the country name in the radar screen, or why briefings are not available in-game like with normal SP missions) so I think the problem might be related to that.

Yup, launching mission just after restarting the game works. I also noticed that the problem may be related to the briefing screen at the start. If the briefing screen did not load, the mission also will fail.

Indeed I tried to play this mission again and it just worked, no questions asked. However another map I have problems with is the #3 one. I'll try to launch the game again go straight into that mission, maybe that'll help.

Hmm, every so often the game will just load into a black screen for me for some reason and I can't control my units like you describe, but it's a somewhat rare occasion and I can just try again and it'll work. Is this the only map you have this issue with? Because I loaded into the map fine just now.

You could try go into the games properties and verify the integrity of the games files. Also if you're using any other mods, you could try disabling them.

Hey, I tried to play this map, however even with the Immersion mod there was no briefing nor could I select units to play the mission, making it unplayable. I tried both the workshop and ModDB versions.

I have downloaded and put the mpr files in the specified folder. They show up in the custom map overlay. And they work.

Hmm, yes it is indeed missing. Very strange...I have now uploaded From the Ashes to ModDB so it's possible to download from there.

Unfortunantly From the Ashes #1 - Bear in Sheeps Clothing, is not searchable for me in custom maps. I've tried to search on every word in the title. But it doesn't show up. The others #0 to #11 do show up.
I've got profanity filter disabled (Because it doesn't work). But that also doesn't help.
I got no mods installed except the immersion mod.

@CLemont (Cheap China Crap), that's really strange, I just booted it up and searched for it and it showed up with all the other missions. Try using other search terms.

I cant fine it, i searched it up (i have all mods disabled) and would show most of them but would skip #1, please help
