What if the wonder also gave you sight of every tile adjacent to every city under an empires control when you have a spy in their capital? I think that'd be badass if it's possible

No one knows how to add custom graphics for buildings or wonders that show up in the city view, atleast not through mods.

It could give a +1 Sight promotion; or increase the sight of friendly territory +1 beyond national borders.

done, I think the production reduction is better suited as they kept producing more orcs, instead of paying them to come join them, also it helps to amass an army faster

It might make it overpowered, but if we are to go with what Bara-dur did in the movies.... the eye of Sauron being able to see things, then perhaps your wonder could be adjusted to do likewise. Instead of reducing cost of building units, perhaps it could instead allow vision of a target area once every few turns?

I'm noticing the tooltips in each screenshot actually show a 25% reduction in upgrade costs whereas the mod description shows 20%. Which is accurate?

it would have been cool if the wonder will give +1 range for the capitals' attack and 5 orcs with 25 combat strength and will cost 350 production instead

Warning: Keep all rings off of building perimeter. Anyone seen wearing a ring while on duty will be fed to the orcs. Even if they're an orc.

Red fort does give +12 defence :P plus the 25% bonus :D

keep in mind that the red fort does not give a free castle or base defense points, rather it improves the already existing fortifications

well the city range would have to be increase in attack range since sight doesnt help much , hmm ill try to find the xml that reduces unit costs for purchase
