@MonsterX In the Editor you load the ARGO first, and then use the Selection Tool to paste in the Arms (click the Dotted Rectangle icon on the top bar > then Folder icon on the left bar > click on Workshop > then select the Arms > then click on the Paste icon on the left bar). Then spawn.
MonsterX 27 Aug, 2023 @ 9:36am
you can't spawn argo then arms, wtf how do i manage to spawn both
C4RB0N  [author] 12 Jul, 2023 @ 2:22am
@maxfinn78 That's because you placed the Arms with their tips laying outside of the build area, so they got "cut" away when you pasted the Arms in. Retry placing the Arms closer to the center of the build area, and check that there are no red highlighted parts sticking out of it.

when I tried to spawn the arms with the argo the gray tips of the arms just disappeared and I couldn't use them
Alligator 27 Aug, 2022 @ 6:16am
I thought it included hardpoints or something
Alligator 27 Aug, 2022 @ 6:16am
Oh ok
C4RB0N  [author] 27 Aug, 2022 @ 12:44am
@Aw3somejayd3n If it doesn't connect immediately as you spawn it, just dive a bit with the ARGO until you are right above it, so the Magnets can connect
Alligator 26 Aug, 2022 @ 2:09pm
It wont connect through load content
C4RB0N  [author] 26 Aug, 2022 @ 10:33am
@CTH2004 Yes, it's just a faster way of connecting them. Control Signals are sent from the AROG to the Attachments via the Electric Docking Connector on the bottom, and some data (like Seafloor Distance) is also sent back to the ARGO on the same Connector.
CTH2004 25 Aug, 2022 @ 3:42pm
thanks! So putting it in the editor is just a way of doing it faster?

Ak\lso, how does the "controll atachment" thing work? how does it transfer the signal?
C4RB0N  [author] 24 Aug, 2022 @ 1:38pm
@CTH2004 You can already do that: just let the Arms sink on the seafloor, then go with the ARGO above them and turn the Docking Connectors on.
CTH2004 24 Aug, 2022 @ 12:39pm
this is nice, but I wish there was a way to connect them after spawning them seperatly. Maybe for the ARGO 2.0?

It could have a control seat that can communicate through radio (super short-range), to arms! (That's one option, you could probally find another. The least-efficient way would be to have tanks, and then fill different tanks to different amounts to controll it!
MIRROR 13 Jun, 2022 @ 2:50pm
it shows now, thanks

@Spittin fax! I just checked, and both versions of the ARGO were already updated on June 7th and they both have the "Spawn Docking Connectors ON" option.
You probably saved an older version of the ARGO to your local Vehicles folder, I suggest you use the new one from the Workshop.
C4RB0N  [author] 13 Jun, 2022 @ 7:50am
@Spittin fax! If you want it to spawn already docked, follow the instructions in my comment below, and before spawning remember to change the relative setting by clicking on this Microcontroller: https://imgur.com/GFJu40n
MIRROR 13 Jun, 2022 @ 6:01am
yeah but i need it to be already docked
C4RB0N  [author] 12 Jun, 2022 @ 3:21pm
@Spittin You can simply "make" it yourself by loading the ARGO first, and then using the Selection Tool to paste in the Arms+Hatch attachment (click the Dotted Rectangle icon on the top bar > then Folder icon on the left bar > click on Workshop > then select the Arms+Hatch > then click on the Paste icon on the left bar). Then spawn.
MIRROR 12 Jun, 2022 @ 2:24pm
can you make a version with pre-installed arms + hatch for the argo
C4RB0N  [author] 12 Jun, 2022 @ 1:13am
@ChooseToSnooze You load the ARGO first, and then use the Selection Tool to paste in the Arms (click the Dotted Rectangle icon on the top bar > then Folder icon on the left bar > click on Workshop > then select the Arms > then click on the Paste icon on the left bar). Then spawn.
Snooze Control 11 Jun, 2022 @ 9:30pm
how do you spawn them together?
C4RB0N  [author] 31 Jan, 2021 @ 2:33am
@shakkazulu2006 You just place the Arms under the ARGO in the editor, them spawn them together, get in the ARGO, dive a bit so you're closer to the Arms, and then activate the Docking Connectors to attach to it.
C4RB0N  [author] 31 Jan, 2021 @ 2:32am
@JIGGITYJAYJAY It is already, you cans see the ARGO docked to the airlock on the underwater base in the pic above.
John Liberty 30 Jan, 2021 @ 11:49pm
how are you meant to attach them ive used the selection grid many times and i cant get them to attach underwater
JIGGITYJAYJAY 25 Jan, 2021 @ 11:44am
will the K1 research facilaty be ARGO compatible?
C4RB0N  [author] 14 Dec, 2020 @ 2:15pm
@Sol It's a screenshot from the Underwater Pumping Station mission (before Stormworks v1.0).
Maybe it's still there, under the Oil Rig.
Sol 14 Dec, 2020 @ 10:31am
could you mention the items you have spawned in the first few photos, where can i find them
C4RB0N  [author] 14 Dec, 2020 @ 9:09am
@Egor313302 You spawn them together, get in the ARGO, dive a bit so you're closer to the Arms, and then active the Docking Connectors to attach to it.
unsainted 14 Dec, 2020 @ 6:28am

Really enjoyed it!
I mean Sub is easy to control and has a very nice view of the outside.
C4RB0N  [author] 5 Oct, 2020 @ 1:14pm
@Bismarck 1940 Thanks man! Glad you liked it! ;)
Bismarck 1940 5 Oct, 2020 @ 12:27pm

C4RB0N  [author] 5 Oct, 2020 @ 6:31am
@kriffe2004 The Base in the screenshot is the K1 Research Facility by Toddy.
It's still WIP, so not on the workshop.
kriffe2004 4 Oct, 2020 @ 8:20am
Where can i find the base in the 5th picture?
