Maybe that's what's causing the problem, no idea. Just try disabling all the addons and see if it's working.

I have the no collides npc mod activated

Works perfectly fine for me so you must have a colliding addon installed.

The model is bugged in t pose and he can't move but he can shoot another npcs but without animations
