I've been testing each of the mods in my list and it seems this one may be achievements compatible after all.

Can I steal your palette if I credit you and your mod I always use it and I made an eye palette and though they alone are small it adds needless bloat to the LO and therefore start time for the game. :)

@RayRay6Feet6Inches yeah that's definitely the issue I'm having too. Hoping the game developers just add black/dark brown as a hair color without mods.

Anyone else having a hard time getting simple black hair not to be gray or brown? I tried out the all the hair color mods and none work so far. This one sort of works but only when selecting black from barbershop and not ruler designer.

Yes. This mod works on generated characters and DNA.

And all barbershop mods (including More Natural Hair Colors) are only cosmetic and do not affect heredity.
