Ok, but when are you making a wet willy?

When i had around 12 years old i trained kung-fu, we had "combat training" once a week and there was this kid who couldn't trade, and couldn't do the basic of the basics on the ground (and we only knew the very basics of ground fighting) so he'd resort to this dreaded tactic of grabbing other guys chests. he became a joke in the internet back when orkut still existed. but i don't know what became of him
