AIW update 1.43
slow_when_pushed lowered from 1 to 0.4 because the cars on the inside were backing out of duel too soon. Now they will fight better. This also made a much better flow of the field in the first lap.

@dino: I think it works now. V1.41 with 120kph pace car speed also solves the rolling start massacre. Did some tests with GTE class - clean start here. Awesome! 👍

@dino: yes, I think you nailed it. Touching the inner curb in T1 after driving through the pit lane doesn't make the lap invalid anymore. Awesome! Can you do some magic to the pace car speed too? ;-)

I believe I fixed the issue with overtaking on the inside of turn 1. Let me know if it works. Maybe original authors can include this in an update.

Hope the link works. It's my first time doing this. Put the file in rfactor 2/ Packages and install from game. It should appear as version 1.01 instead of 1.0

Hi, I love this track but any chance to get the T1 inner curb fixed? On LFM you're currently getting drive thru penalties when only touching the inner curb coming out of the pits. A reduction of the pace car speed would also be great!

There is something with the track limits on pit exit. Beside that you get a track limits warning when you come out of the pit, it is also not possible to defend the inside on T1. I had to give back the position, when you go side by side into T1

Very good track! Are there any plans for an AIW Update? AI is unfortunately extremely slow, additionally you get penalty points for track cutting when you overtake someone on the inside line in turn 1.

Love this track but the safetycar is very fast (200 kph) at the formation lap. Is it possible that you reduce it to 80 kph?

Fantastic track! My only suggestion would be to deactivate DRS in the circuit, if you race against AI in vehicles with DRS, they can use anywhere. Great work guys!

Great track! Suggestions for Stockcar racing on the GP layout is to slow the default pace car speed. The custom RFM didn't override the GDB. Track cut warnings seem to be too strict, especially on the outside of the turns where a bit more room is needed with stockcars at times. Keep up the great work guys!

Very good quality track. Actually one of the best not made by S397/ISI. Very happy to finally find a track that doesn't make the game grahics looks from early 2000s.

Heyho again. Checked again and also the Aston GT3 failed to leave some of the boxes. Its always the same. The cars turn in to early and hit the pole in the tent of the car. Maybe getting rid of them is the solution.

Superb ! Little issue about GTE Aston Martin. If this car has its station at the end of the drivers paddock it is not able to leave the box as it turns in to early and hits the pole of the tent of the car. Other cars can do.

Wish that kunos billboard beside the pits was not there though but who cares.

Thank you!!! Wonderfully accurate version that will now be my "go to" for RA. One mention though is that on the server list and my lap dashboard the track shows up as "Grand Prix Course" without showing it's actually Road America.

First of all i want to thank everyone involved in their outstanding workmanship to bring us this great circuit in all it's beautiful glory.

Road America is one of my all time favorite circuits. I done my share of AIW work over the years to give circuits that needed some tender loving care. I was extremely happy to see the AI using proper pit-in and pit-out paths and a very decent fastline path.

My 1st constructive critique is the fastline path has a small imperfection in the famous Carousel and was more noticable using the new Porsche Cup and the GT3's .

2nd constructive critique is reducing the WorstAdjust=(0.9000) back to default WorstAdjust=0.8000 to allow slower drivers to be able to further reduce the AI strength.

I love this track but I note the AI appears to be very fast .
In the porches cup race I have them set at 70% but still I can hardly keep up.
All other tracks I can compete with the AI set around 87%.
Has anyone else noted this?
Can it be adjusted?

Epic track, been driving it with buttkickers all day in VR.
Note: to modders, I drive with low shadows but the bridges cast no shadows in low detail.

Love what you have done, The Sonoma .95 has bumps that are real feel to this track, does Road America not have certain area's that might incorperate the same? You have created a 11 out of 10 track or 110% . Yes you knocked it out of the park., that Ball is gone.
