I agree with perrryz. Cool looking items, but it seems more to fit quake or unreal tournament, not team fortress two. But it's mostly from the choice of materials and detail.

While this looks great, it's way out of the game's artstyle. You should try looking at in-game materials and try to get similar results with your items. The model looks fine, but the materials need a rework (might even just be the specular map and phong settings!)
