Ok, so with this mod, they should appear at a given point. Perhaps the probability is quite low? I'm also using Rimwar, can this be the cause, the disabling of these events, if they are classified as raids e.g.

Minor bug: The animals from this mod don't seem to have a mature age. I have both Guardians and Chthonian Larvas, neither have anything in the stat. The Guardians have had several litters and the newborns pop out fully grown.

So one of those bug hive things spawned and put horror creep around my base. I got rid of the hives and cleaned some of the horror webs, but some of it I am unable to clean or remove,

Does anyone know if this interacts with the Rim of Madness Werewolves' moon cycle? My save had two full moons back to back (three-moon planet) and during that time got hit by two MiGo raids and two events of Dark Young wandering in. Had to call it a night there but yeah, I'm curious, is this RNG gone wild or actually an intended compatibility?

Playing this one with CE, however the monsters behave strange thy dont attack my embrasure or doors. They just stand still. Sometimes 1-2 do come to my base attack the embrasure then they suddenly stop again. At the end they die from hunger :(

Thank you for resurrecting this mod, I've really enjoyed struggling with the new events. The only thing that annoyed me was that I couldn't store the strange meat in the food baskets from LWM's Deep Storage, so I made a patch which rectifies that problem. I've uploaded the patch to Dropbox if you'd like to implement it in a future update, or if anyone else is using these two mods together and would like a patch:

acutally I found it, it is the psitech mod, the prisoners had psionic abilities and were using them on my pawns and driving them crazy

I know usually there is a sanity loss in the health tab, there wasn't this time. and it is usually because they ate something or fought monsters, but this time it just happened out of the blue without any notification to several pawns at different times at the exact same location. so I suspected it might be something different this time.

there is no insanity loss in the health tab, but several of my colonists started having this mental state, killing my animals

Yes, the vamps are supposed to be invisible until they try and attack a colonist. My suggestion is recruit a prisoner you really don't care about and keep them as a way to lure out the vampire and make it reveal itself without risking useful colonists. You could also go the SCP Foundation route and try to feed it D-Class prisoners.
