@arknewman i just have to say that i don't support the DPRK and i do this modding because of the fun and it is just a video game, please don't put your heart into it and just hang out for the trills ;)

This building is pretty bad. Dont mean to hate, just critique. Model is way too flat, there are no columns, windows, doors etc visible, and in some places its broken, there are holes in it. Textures do not help, they are very low resolution and weirdly placed, some parts are higher, some lower, sometimes they are too far left or right, they overlap etc. This mod could definitely use some rework. Im writing this, because it really stands out in a bad way compared to your other DPRK stuff I saw

LOL polcorp, when the lights blow out of proportion try to save the file. Exit and reload. Indeed i had the same issue wile testing this mod and other. It is a glitch in the external lights. It fixes when you save and load the file again.
