A quick update on the future of this mod and Hungry Sailor: I've recently continued work on the update and rework for these mods and while this new mod may not have alot of new stuff besides bugfixes and new sprites for Drunken Sailor and the rework of Hungry Sailor it will eventually include alot more content for both of these aswell as new content not related to either of these!

@hyper975 we did hook up the distillery to juction box but it said insufficient power how much power is needed?

@Christian Crusader The Distillery requires power so you need to hook it up to either a junction box or something else that can provide it power.

@Quartofel Havent had alot of inspiration for awhile and while I do have enough now to finish the overhaul it is currently on hold till the modding overhaul as that may break parts of the mod.

Would you please consider adding "locker" and "toxcontainer" to the list of linkable items for the different pieces of equipment? It would make moving ingredients between the different stages of brewing a lot easier. I see you put "cabinet" on the list but I've yet to find a container with that tag.

For all of those still interested in the future of mod and my other mods:
The current overhaul update and expansion project of all of my mods(this will include new sprites, rebalances, new content and much more down the road) is currently nearing completion as all sprites are made and only a small amount of things still need coding, all im waiting on right now if for my sound guy to make some audio for certain items once thats done the mod will most likely release shortly after.

No great art was rushed. You take your time, m8. 2 months on the shelf isn't the end of the world, and IRL is a thing. You could always scale it down for an interim release if that makes things easier. If not, just start somewhere logical when you're ready. I'll knock a sub up, and I'll be ready to modify it when needed.

@Meat Priest Yes the sprites are overhauled, they are built using ingame assets now meaning they fit in with the rest of the sub and dont stand out as much as they used to.

Also sadly the mod has been on the shelf for awhile as I lost interest in it for awhile, I will however continue work on it sometime soon.

This is a great mod, and I love the idea of being a rum runner. I'm even thinking of building a sub around the idea. I do however find the sprites to be too "real" to work in a sub w/o breaking immersion. I know you're working on a merge update atm. Is there any chance you might be able to give the sprites a pass at all:riddle: It might be as simple as reducing the "shine" on some of them tbh.

Update: I have decided to simply rewrite the fabricator code seeing as I cant seem to find a quick fix for the problem, patch will take alittle longer to come out!

Alright so apparently the issue only stems from fabricators that do not require power for some reason, I will try to have a fix out later today.

It is really simple it issues a client disconnection or something via the console, it takes 2 minutes to check out, host a server go in sandbox with one of the workstations, try to make something, and then boom, crash.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I will see to fixing this soon after I did some testing, if anyone has the time I would appreciate it if someone could send a crash log/console log to help me identify the issue faster.

Whenever I try to brew vodka it disconnects me from the server im in (and everyone else).
It crashes the server, can you fix it please?

A quick update regarding both this mod and Hungry Sailor: A while ago I started a project with a friend of mine to both touch up Hungry and Drunken Sailor aswel as add loads of new content to it and whilst we did finish giving the 2 mods a touch up we paused the project before getting around to adding new content I will however resume work on the project soon and it will most likely release around the time of the next Barotrauma update.

Don't know if it's true for other brews, but I know that blood moonshine causes errors whenever on a ship and the ship goes between levels.

The final update has just been released adding in mixology, pouring and some new drinks to go with that! On a final note: Thank you to all of you who followed and supported this mod through its life cycle, its been alot of fun working on it! For any of those interested I will start development of a Half Life 2 styled mod including Creatures,Weapons,Armors and more from the franchise I will post a discussion regarding the topic once im ready to reveal more!

EK Armory often has issues with the fabricators, and I think that's because there are crafting materials specifically tied to the fabricators such as the laser diode. I'm not a modder though, so I can't be sure.

I don't use EK Utilities in my games and I seem to still have those problems as mentioned before in tandem with EK Armory. It could definitely be both, but hopefully this narrows it down a bit.

@Abnormal Cybran I have not really been active in the Baro community recently as im mostly waiting on updates before I continue this mod but I believe this issue might stem from EK utilities as it may have made changes to either fabricators as a whole or certain vanilla resources.

Though my testing, there seems to be an incompatibility issue with either EK Armory or EK Utilities. Probably both. Also, when putting down a distiller, it defaults to using a screwdriver to detach and opens the interface and it looks like I have to use a wrench to open its power panel.
