If you are using Paint.NET .

1. Open template

2. Go to layers window > Add three layers > Make sure background is in the middle.

3. Start art

Sorry, Don't know how to explain it. The outline of the car let's say, if I make another skin for the Sierra. I would make everything the color I want, and Change the opacity So i can see the template and add my text and other stuff. Then When I'm done, I put the opacity back to 100. When I finish, Do I only keep the outline of the vehicle on the base template? And make the background and the windows transparent, or Just keep it the same color, don't make anything transparent? I can give you a picture of the skin before I save it, If you want to see what I mean.

Also, One Question, does the background have to be transparent? (The shape of the vehicle is the color and text, everything else is transparent)

Nice job on taking my EDOT and making it for Big City. Could have at least asked first.
