I'm not familiar with Zoom but if you can maybe have your background as a screen capture window/webcam you could set it to capture your desktop/virtual desktop to get this effect. However if it only allows pictures/video then probably not possible

that may be your wallpaper engine settings, there are options to pause/suspend when an application is opened or opened fullscreen

Yes it was a special "event" I did for Christmas :) check the wallpapers options, at the bottom you will see "Force Christmas" if this is ticked then untick it :)
The other option "Enable seasonal events" will allow the snow to reappear during Christmas time automatically, while "Force Christmas" will make it snow whenever you like.

Hey thanks for nice comment, it means a lot. As for your question, the answer is possibly. I have 2 monitors myself which requires a wider ratio than the UW versions I made so far so it would make sense to do your ratio. We shall see :)

(but probably yes)
