great mod - can you make a very very low chance to see a horse and cart throughout history (maybe 0.1%) as horses do still exist and would be nice to rarely see them

This seems to make my Vehicles and pedestrians Disappear when loading a save after exiting the game... now my Metropolis is effected but new cities aren't...
Also #AntiTrust with the Mirai thing...

the 2025 picture is basically the M25 here in england everyday XD ahahahahahahahaaaa that alone is enough for me to sub but the idea of better spawn times for cars is always a good thing
