Hello son. The reduction of speed definitely does not mean not satisfiying performance... Yes, there could have been excessive vibrations but the main reason is braking. Freight trains without air break were operated to max speed of 50 km/h. Even slower when the train was underbraked due to low amount of cars with handbraker post.
