Compress textures. Get rid of normal maps, they are not required for most of guns.
mmmm gonna have to disagree there. just because they're the same caliber doesn't mean the magazines are going to be the exact same size and dimension. there's gonna be some differences - just not as dramatic as you seem to describe it.
decompiling the FAL model and bringing in the l4d2 world G3 mag for comparison, they're very close in length and width. the only main difference is in the height but that could be because l4d2's models aren't exactly proportionate. after all, the military sniper is a cursed blend of G3SG/1 and MSG90A1 parts, wouldnt surprise me if they fucked something up.

im pretty sure they're fairly scaled, but if im wrong im welcome to new ideas.
Simple tip:
1-The FAL is 7.62 Nato, the vanilla military sniper rifle is 7.62 nato too
2-Use the vanilla military sniper rifle's magazine as size reference
3-Make the FAL's magazine matches the size of the vanilla military siper rifle world_model.
dear user, resources included in base mod are heavy on disk space. if multiple standalone addons are installed, it can use an entire gigabyte of space due to multiple instances of large size files. kits system optimizes the resources needed and reduces duplicate files to reduce disk space usage
Otherwise, the handling and model detail are unreal!
dear user, the decibel levels in the audio editing software indicate that default ak sound and FAL sound peak at the same level, and are the same volume. it is likely you are referring to the bullet crack and longer range of the default AK sound. i have not included these features in FAL sound to ensure users can easily control their weapon, as it can potentially disorient users.
Can you plz raise up the firing volume to match up the original model?Even with other gun's mod installed that lowered their firing sounds this one still is the quietest one I‘ve used.
The animation and reloading sound is epic though,like I said,best AK mode ever.
Is it possible to build a RNG addon using all of your (for example) FAL files? So the kits would change through the campaign's levels?
