(This would be the gimmick of the weapon, absolutely wrecks at close range but be utterly usless at long range. Able to close the gap but can easially be pushed around if you can't control the close range distance.)
Maybe call it the Vulkan, add the "k" for that extra russian bit

With its 6 rotating turrets, it can fire 4,000 20mm. rounds per minute. & its accurate too. I want this item to be officially accepted & supported in Team Fortress 2.
