pretty certain I had this mod installed since 2018

This is a feature combined with Dragon Soul Relinquishment should've been in vanilla from the beginning.
Because let's face it, shouts like Animal Allegiance and non defensive shouts are more or less just a waste of time to unlock.

OP but interesting, maybe only get one every three bountys? like a new quest -Bounty Hunter: Whiterun- 0/3.
Completing the quest (doing three bounties) gives a perk point.

This is a must-have mod that brings meaning to the bounty hunts, while at the same time reducing the need for the legendary skill resets. Thank you for this!

Update - played Skyrim again - got myself another bounty quest - completed bounty - 1 perk point upon completion of bounty quest - mod works - not sure what I did wrong the first time - This mod has earned a reward from me
