@Demo francis carry the shotgun like a medkit, when he's incap he do an animation like if someone is saving him and then drop at the floor again but with no one near, idk how to explain, also when francis is carrying a melee weapon, he's just standing straight, sliding everywhere, sorry english is not my main language, i don't have animation mods but i have these mods ( I already unchecked from my addon list but it still bug) :
