I know it's several years late, but thanks to everyone who played the map. I think most of us moved onto Cities Skylines, but it's nice to look back at CIM and CIM2, and the stuff we did back then. ^_^

Well, in the game you can see the length of the road, so all you/me/us need to do is make one big map and see the length road, really so simple it bothers me why i have not done so yet.

That 8 x 8 km info is directly from the developers (though it's a bit old). I have no idea how close to real it is, my scale perception isn't that good as well. You could try to measure the map yourself.

One more thing: You said a few comments ago that CiM2 introduces maps that are 8x8 kilometers, but the maps I make in the editor aren't as big as that. Or I just have no scale perception.

Sulphuric Glue, thanks! Hanske, no problem, and yeah, the traffic is intentionally bad, this is the final stage after all, can't make it too easy. :)

Fantastic looking map. Good work.

Ahh, thank you. Thought it would be bigger but still quite large, and bloody hell, some congestions on the map... I like it :capitalist:

This map looks huge, without ever having played around with the editor could you answer this for me please? How many square Kilometers is this map?

Once again: many thanks to Linlin, Pyndec and Syrik, you all have been most helpful, building Altea together was a lot of fun.
