Report a translation problem
Several of my Styles have assets included that are part of the District Style I create in the game menu, BUT some assets just WILL NOT spawn in a city when that Style is applied.
In my Styles "Sin City" and "Bad Side of Town", for example, all of the single-wide trailer homes just won't spawn, so in order to have them in my game I need to force them to spawn in an area that is not painted with the District Style Tool.
I have to spend more time with assets like these (that, though included, just will not SPAWN, for whatever reason) and allow them to grow (by bulldozing everything else until they appear) and than make them historical so they do not change appearance. Force-level-up Mod can help speed up this process.
I have been experimenting for a few days now... all this before i really start building for the first time.

I have set the respawn of the always automatically used house set to 2 and that of another to 100, but this 4762Nd Av 3 (L1 3x4) building still comes again and again .....

unfortunately I only get 1-3 different kind of buildings.
I am new to the game and do not know what I'm doing wrong, maybe there is a simple explanation?!
Do i need some extra mod to use the district styles?

The issue is not Memory use as my Game RAM use, Game pagefile use, System RAM use, and System pagefile use are all within the limits of my rig. I really appreciate the effort you put into this style, and it is certainly one of my favorites, so I would definitely appreciate some help. Thanks!
Are you subscribed to only this Collection? Try unsubscribing to everything else, and launch with only this collection and see if that works.
If not, read about increasing your pagefile size online, see if you can do that.
The missing assets are likely skipped due to your computer running out of memory.
1. Game just crashes. So I can't even see the plot of your collection. May your collection crash the game due to my not much strong PC?
2. When I open items list to subscribe from game menu, there is a lot of 'missing' building, which are already downloaded. Why they are 'missing'?
Meanwhile, there are no mods in this Collection - so what do you mean "mods not working"?
As with all of my Collections that are meant to be set in a specific place and time I purposefully did not include some props that are listed as "dependencies" for some other assets - these will show up as "missing" if you use Loading Screen mod, but they were never intended to be there. Satellite dishes would not look right in this Collection, would they?
This District Style and Collection is fine - you may be experiencing overloaded memory or some other issue that has nothing to do with these assembled assets and District Style.
