1) - Temporarily disable all Addons apart from this map.

2) - Temporarily renaming your "models" or "material" folders as they might be conflicting with the map in some way.
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Your-Steam-Name-Here\garrysmod\garrysmod

3) - If above don't work Validate Garrys Mod from your steam game list. (Verify Steam Game Cache) ➔ http://pastebin.com/mTiutdSK

Noticed the map suddenly has an anime girl texture for the sewer water, plus I can see through the map when I look at the grate. Help?

There is a bit of a exploit near the toilets that when peeps can use props then get over the hedge and into the under the map. Might need to be issued with if so?

Try disabling all your add-ons but enable only this map addon and reload the map.
Note everything is packing inside the map so one of your add-ons is conflicting with the map.

The piano is an error for me although some time ago (years ago) it wasn't. Which content do you need for it?
