can you do animations for other TF2 models here in the workshop like ms. pauling, helen, saxton hale, open fortress merc, yeti, 23th doctor's TFC models, and lots of others, i know it's a big list but i was trying to simultaneously think of which of them don't have any animations

Copy the animation from animations base to the model. It should do the trick. I just discovered now that when the model was compiled for Gmod, the user that compiled the model forgot to allow the possibility for the model to have animations
