@Fei: It's impossible to gender-lock clothing or armor except by providing an alternative model for opposite gender characters, which this mod has done. The male version is more like a toga.

That said, this mod only makes changes to two NPC types, so it's a simple matter to open it up in the FCS (make sure no other mod is loaded except for its requirement, Simple Dresses), click the Changes button at the top of the window, right-click on Holy Citizen at the top of the new window that appears, finally click Revert, save the mod, and now it only appears on female characters. Even if you've never used the FCS that's an easy change to make.

It's feminine yet not revealating, it fit very well HN female, can you make it gender lock or it will also spawn for male?
