@Adora_ble: yes unfortunately its because of the balconies. giving them thickness allows them to be visible from the back, but basically multiplies an already high tri count. on a model like this where the balconies are prominent, the tradeoff seemed worth it to me

33k triangles total for what essentially constitutes a large box is way too much
