Try zoning different sizes, not just painting the whole area Green. If you do that the game will try to exclusively spawn 4x4 assets. There are a ton of commercial assets in this Style. See the collection page to review.
Besides, there are currently 14,7++ subscribers, so it must work.
You must be doing something incorrectly.
Please read the comments below and ensure you’ve subscribed to all.
Also, try doing different residential sizes, like 2x4 or 3x4. If you just pint a solid block the game wants to grow 4x4 assets, so if you paint only smaller, isolated sizes you can force the game to grow smaller lots, which have different homes sometimes than 4x4 lots and can help you create the district with its Style.
