I like the color scheme, but I don't like the pixel style. I think this warpaint would shine a lot more if it was made with standard art rather than pixels.

Yeah I get the pixel art theme, but why is there a lot of stray noise and pixels throughout the entire canvas? It makes the warpaint seem a lot less clean.

Try a pattern gradient. I think they have an option for that on aseprite, if that's what you are using.
