@Pury - Cao Cao has unique food production buildings and his base game rice paddies are indeed factionwide. It's OP as hell!

Are you sure that the rice paddy gives faction-wide bonuses? I'm pretty sure it's just gives the bonuses for armies in the local commandry.

其实CA的意思是如果曹操在南方发展，那他肯定不会优先选择军事类型科技，后期发育，南方的稻田属性给了玩家另一种选择，在曹操反攻北方的时候提供助力，如果在北方，中国的玩家很少直接打下江南
