I have that move without issue, and Fuee's stuff is really good. I'd try restarting everything, making sure the move is uninstalled on your end entirely (it might be in red in the end of your in-game installed moves list), and then just trying again. Steam also has issues, so it might be a Steam side thing. Try again tomorrow to see if it's still broken.

Hey man, first of all your work is amazing. I've downloaded your entire NJPW collection but I'm having a few issues with some moves. I can't use Great O Khan because I get a corrupt download on this move https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2633255510 which El Phantasmo and Master Wato also have. Is this an error on my part or is the file corrupt?? I'd appreciate the help and once again I love your work
