Excuse me, but when I use the Hivehand's secondary fire, the infected that receive the projectile tend to suddenly stop and I get an error notification in the game menu.

There was a bug with checkpoint system due to recent GMod updates, it's fixed now.

Anyway, the keycard has some tricky spots, I can show you some of them: https://imgur.com/a/P3mjnhf

I've restarted it several times and making sure all of my custom addons are disabled, I still can't find it, could you enlighten me on what it looks like or where some of the spawns are?

it has random spots in the cave area, if you can't find it even after many restarts then it's bugged

where is the keycard in the Xen level? I've been wondering around looking in every crevice of the area for about 20 minutes, can someone please tell me if it's broken or not, I can't seem to find it.
