@Ice The LICENSE file states that you can do pretty much whatever you want with the code, as long as you include the LICENSE file.

Personally I don't think it's necessary.
The sniper rifles are less accurate if you compare them to the standards of RHS and NIArms, but not by that much.
The RK 95 seems fine by my standards too, I don't see the need to adjust those values.

There is another Project Infinite mod that adjust weapons accuracy (MOA), specially on rifles, but it requieres Universal Ammo System mod and it's a pain in the ass, do you think it's necessary to make those adjustements?

@Teetumus Only partially. It adds ACE config values for barrel lengths, barrel twist and ammunition. I would recommend using the ACE compat that's on the workshop.
