Yepp. I understand now. It's imposible. "Are you Ready" is one file. 1 Audio file for all campains

No you understand wrong. Every campain haves a song. BUT the song playes only when you enter the first chapter of any campain, all the other chapters of champain have "Are you Ready".
I wish for example "Tunderstruck" to play in "No Mercy" champain in ALL chapters not just the first chapter. You understand now?

I guess "Are you Ready" must play on start every chapter, but begin campain must play song of this song list. When i play on l4d2, i don't have problem with start song. But at now maybe something wrong. Maybe something was bugged. It's very old mod.

So i'm confused. Do i have to install all 3 to work properly? It seems if i install only 2nd one it playes the same song "Are your Ready" for all campains. If i install the first one it only haves music for L4D2 characters. Can you explain?
