Cool, the Engineer's version of the Soldier's Stash. I like the concept.

I'm not so sure about the shape of the helmet... I think it sits too tightly on the head. Security helmets that are suppose to act as buffers don't sit directly on the skull, they have a mesh and an adjustable forehead strap on the inside, which is visible on the Engineer's yellow stock helmet. This helmet doesn't and it partially obscures the Engi's vision.

Making the helmet team-coloured red and blue is an interesting choice. I assume you did it for contrast with the yellow pencil and slide-rule etc.
Of course, the other option would be to use the standard yellow Engi helmet and instead make the pencil, slide-rule and blueprint schematics team-coloured (or team-coloured by default but with paintability).
