There are many skins for the AWP, but the reason why this one catches my eye is it's unique name and brilliant design. Obviously this person put in a lot of work into this skin, and I believe this should be added. It's nice work.

To add texture to the Scope (if that's what you mean) you need to add a alpha channel to your UV map showing what parts will get more damaged then others. I hope this will answer your question: http://blog.counter-strike.net/workshop/finishes/durability_b.html
