I got the 'Help, none of my mod options are working after the DLC update - fix' mod by Sgt_Imalas, sadly upon generating a new seed it can't get as far as the dupe selection screen before crashing to desktop, and once a seed has been generated with spooky disabled, if re-enabled it won't load the save. just desktop and sadness. I can try to send a log with the instruction link you sent earlier, but if it's a case of a dependant mod breaking then I'm guessing it wouldn't help much?

- Fixed pumpkin spice effect never expiring
Turned off the other mods and it took more than one try but was still reproducible, then did it again on a fresh save. Doesn't seem to crash if the deconstructing dupe has already been spooked, or if the dupe is farther away when the deconstruction finishes. So still usable, and I never took out the mod because I love it.
