in my opinion, it doesn't really matter what the seats look like, because most of the time you would see the out side, and some mods don't have any seats

Western Champion is in the pack already (it was the only loco to get golden ochre livery).
The texture is designed to make it really easy to modify the parts of the texture which deal with the number plate and loco name.
