Bread, carrots, fish with +1 intelligence, apples/pears/tomatoes with +5% poison resistance, watermelons with +10% fire resistance, etc. the effects of these items are not doubled. Could you please try it as well?

The GM mod being loaded breaks Five Star Diner, since it overrides those three stats to remove the IsFood and IsConsumable attributes, so that's the reason BonusUniques "broke" the talent (just having GM as a dependency).
Most likely GM was added as a dependency, thinking it was required for the mod to work in GM mode, though this isn't needed (you simply just have to add GM mode as a "target").

If a GM dependency is active, all that should be required to fix the talent breaking (from Potion, _Food, and _ComboFood overrides) is your Potion.txt overrides (you could even add GM as a dependency to this mod to make sure your mod is always loaded after it).
