For the stork (any stork species) use Mealie's stork pack. Mealie is amazing. He was the one who inspired me to do my first bird pack, he is an amazing builder.

Great :) Could you try to do some kind of Rabbit someday and maybe also a White Stork in Life Size? There is a White Stork on the Workshop but sadly it's way too big

They are props for implied aviaries.
Unfortunately there is no way to mod functioning birds ingame in the current build
