im having trouble finding the books. i have looked outside of riverwood with no luck.

I checked where the chest as well as the barrel and I can't seem to find them. I went to the exact location and nothing is there. Do I have to make a new character?

Awwwwwesome! This mod makes an immersive way to enter the codes - not interupting gameplay, and carrying these Books with the codes in them, designed in a very Lore-friendly way. The mod downloaded and runs nicely!
The video makes it easy to find the crate, and there is lots of Mod support in here.
To enter the codes, use the ~ key to pop up your console (the key btwn ESC and TAB, next to 1) then type Player.additem (SPACE) (ITEM CODE FROM BOOK) (SPACE) (QUANTITY) then ENTER and close console again with the ~ key. SO:
~ Player.additer 000139BE 5 (ENTER) ~
This adds 5 Glass Arrows to the inventory.

i used books and the numbers and the words but but it ceep saying script not found. i dont get it i typed word for word space for space, i need help!

Surprisingly helpful for such a simple mod.

@TopOrConcentrationCamp Lot of people know that but since there are loads of poinless misc item it can be annoying some times.

You can type help "Item Name" (You need the quotations if it's longer than a single word) then use page up/page down to scroll through.

Just just all the vanilla items as for now Imma make another file for the bigger mods soon But i will first be adding books for npc ids.

do the books auto update and add custom armors to it, or is it just all the vanila items that are in em?

NICE! I can see how this will be helpful. Maybe you can add a book with some of the NPCs to the collection. One thing I noticed, if I read one of the books then without exiting from inventory read another I get the original again. And thanks for the video, I was also having trouble finding the chest.
