Ah, so it replaces the sound of the bell and it's a very short loop, right? I never edited vpk files but I might look into it, I'd probably either revert it back to the bell sound or maybe try putting Tommy's laugh in there although that might be as maddening as the flower lady. Either way thanks for the reply!

i had planned taunting and stuff from wiseau and him going more insane, but the bell loop after it starts is very short, near same length of that line. youre only able to hear it if you camp close to the door anyway. i didnt think much else of it and thought it was funny. maybe wiseau put his tape recorder on loop and he had recorded that lady for his own weird reasons

This would be fantastic, but the problem is that when the horde starts attacking, the audio keeps looping the "You're my favorite customer" line
