At least for parks that can be placed along a road there should be a template in the buildings section. And I do mean parks that use a custom model, not the ones where you can just place props. However, for stuff like the plop anywhere parks and other templates not in the vanilla game I usually first search for workshop assets as templates before I do anything with Modtools or the AI changer.
The problem with importing in asset editor is that there is no template for parks at all. That's why I asked if I was missing something. I gather that you did it by using that AI changer mod?
How do you save an asset as a park?
Do you do it in asset editor somehow?
