@(SSC) It doesn't matter what game version the mod manager says it needs. Some mods still work even if they were made for alpha hoi4, it only depends on the files the mod changes, if they are not affected by an update, there is no pron.

If it really annoys you, just go to the mod folder and modify the descriptor file and change the "version number", that will get rid of the alert
