hmm. If i were to suggest anything it would be bonuses for research and social policies. Maybe bonus delegates.

In 2018, it's now $1.5 Trillion. Moral of the story: Secret Societies are ass.

Also MGS2's only flaw was being too early.

400 gold per unit? Time to get my warmongering on.

1.3 TRILLION DOLLARS?! Never would've guessed it'd be worth that much...

Great mods! I am a MGS fan and want to say thanks.

Hi, I tried direct downloading this mod and adding the files to a folder in my mod folder and it didn't work. I never really direct download mods since just subscribing is easier but I really loved your Big Boss mod. Do you mind giving me some advice?
Maelys Knight 20 Dec, 2014 @ 7:50pm
How do I go about reverting it back to Version 2?
De3ta 13 Dec, 2014 @ 2:21pm
ALL OF YOUR MODS ARE THE BEST.

Is there a way to still get version 2? I updated to v 3 and it blew my save file :x I know its my own fault updating mods without back up but meh....
Spoonikle 5 Sep, 2014 @ 9:14pm
cool project, but useless if you are playing as big boss... since by this time you are earning 1k or more per turn from piles of units sitting in city states.
Sir_Burpalot21 4 Sep, 2014 @ 4:46pm
Yeah it might need to be toned down a little more. Granted, this 1st place prize is a one time boost as opposed to a multi-turn bonus like the other international projects so it still ought to be a fatty instant boost.

Appreciate all the work you've done on these mods btw. Great creativity and quality!
Vie S  [author] 3 Sep, 2014 @ 2:28am
I kinda forgot about fixing this, but it shouldn't take too terribly much to look into what the issue could be. I might also rein in the 1st place prize some more, maybe down to 400.

@Jarvind
I also experienced the same bug.
I was using a couple different mods at the time. Of particular note was WHoward's DLL + CivIV Features + City State Diplomacy. I'm not sure if those may have conflicted with this.

I have a question. If I get the Highest contibutor, do I also get the rewards of Silver and Bronze level contibutor's?
OhNoAddie 26 Aug, 2014 @ 12:53pm
This is amazing! I did not expect to see this in the mods list!
[The] Force 4 Aug, 2014 @ 12:47pm
To clarify I am using MSF: Subsistence, not the other one.
[The] Force 4 Aug, 2014 @ 12:45pm
@Jarvind
I'm trying to imagine what that would be like, as I'm playing a game with the MSF right now and supporting over 160 Military units with gold to spare... Kinda wanna try it.

Ya know what, I'm gonna try it.

If you don't mind me asking, did you learn how to add new projects from any certain source? Or did you teach yourself?
Vie S  [author] 29 Mar, 2014 @ 10:16am
@Jarvind
I'll look into this and see what could be causing the issue.
Jarvind 22 Mar, 2014 @ 11:00pm
Loved the mod, I found a pretty major glitch though.

At the time I completed it with first place, I had around 30-35 military units. I then got the gold bonus EVERY turn afterwards. I was getting enough to found a city and buy every building up to Future Era every turn.

Fun times, but I'm assuming that wasn't what was supposed to happen.

Using the World Congress to force Nations into building an army, brilliant!
Now the world will go to war

istead of a set amount per unit, maybe 1/3 of the cost if you were to purchase the unit.
SuperRiceBoi 17 Feb, 2014 @ 7:23pm
maybe 750
Vie S  [author] 17 Feb, 2014 @ 8:32am
1,000 does indeed seem like it may be a bit much. My initial tests made it 250, which seemed pretty underwhelming compared to the first prizes of the game's existing projects. I guess I just overcompensated, haha.

I'll update it to be 500 later tonight, and maybe look into giving the silver prize a little something extra.
SuperRiceBoi 16 Feb, 2014 @ 3:20pm
1st place not OP, $1.3 Trillion is choke $. Sounds like a reasonable amount of $ IMO.
Wagtastic 15 Feb, 2014 @ 8:37pm
I think 100 Gold would be saner for the first-place winner. Maybe somewhere in beween, but 1000 is a bit nuts.

And while I'm at it, suggestion for your next Civilization mod; Candy Kingdom led by Princess Bubblegum! Science victory focused of course. Could possibly have Banana Guards as unique units, replacing Spearmen; usually weak but get extra bonuses from Great Generals. And maybe Gumball Guardians as a unique improvement that boosts city defense and attack, replacing the Castle?
Sisyphos 15 Feb, 2014 @ 6:17pm
Maybe a better system would be:

Highest Contributer - 500 gold for every military unit you own at the time of the project's completion.

Silver-level Contributer - Free promotion for every military unit you own at the time of the projects completion.

Bronze-level Contributer - Unit purchasing costs permanently reduced by 10%
Sisyphos 15 Feb, 2014 @ 6:13pm
I second Xichaels statement. Maybe reduce first place reward to 500 gold per unit you own at time of construction.
John Titor 12 Feb, 2014 @ 6:40pm
The first place reward is ridiculously overpowered, the second place reward is decent, the third place reward is worthless as there are so few upgrades to be done at that tech level.
